The previous Hair Salon apps, while loved by kids and grown-ups alike, were sometimes criticized for not having “pretty” characters, especially for the characters of color. If you don’t like the current setup, you can just press the randomize button and four new characters will pop up! This way you get a fresh play feeling with new salon customers for a much longer time. We include dozens of character presets, so every time a player opens the app there will be new faces to play with. We gave the characters different personalities, but it’s in the kids’ hands to tell the full story - we are just inspiring them to do whatever they want and giving them the tools to do so.
With Toca Hair Salon 3, we wanted to give kids as much freedom as possible to play however they wanted.
